01 · Information involved
Information you choose to send
If you submit an inquiry, book a conversation, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to include and the ordinary information associated with that communication, such as your email address and message. We use that information to respond, evaluate the request, communicate about potential or active work, and maintain ordinary business records.
When you submit the contact form, the website sends the fields you enter through Lemeia’s hosting environment to Mission Control CRM, where the submission is stored as a lead for review and follow-up. The public website does not expose the CRM connection credential to your browser.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, health information, government identification numbers, or confidential data that has not been approved for transmission.
02 · Optional game account
HOLY WAR Google sign-in and game records
If you choose to enter HOLY WAR, Google provides Lemeia with the basic account details shown on Google’s consent screen, currently your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier. Lemeia uses those details to authenticate your game account. Google does not provide your password to Lemeia.
HOLY WAR stores the records needed to run its persistent game world. These may include your player identity, shire, faith, Mana, troops, structures, territory, battle results, shared stronghold activity, and related timestamps. These game records are separate from Lemeia’s inquiry and Mission Control CRM records.
03 · Browser features
Local preferences and interactive tools
The website currently uses local browser storage to remember the opening introduction, theme and accessibility preferences, an unfinished Systems Lab draft, recently viewed planning pages, and results a visitor deliberately saves to My Lemeia Plan. Calculators, planners, filters, and product demonstrations run in the browser. Those local planning features do not create a visitor profile, and those local drafts and saved results are not submitted to Lemeia unless a visitor deliberately includes them in an inquiry. HOLY WAR authentication and persistent game records are handled separately as described above.
A visitor can clear device-local items through the relevant tool where offered or through browser settings. Choosing to continue a saved result into the contact form makes that information part of the inquiry submitted to Lemeia.
As of the date above, Lemeia has not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this public website. Website practices may change as the site evolves; this notice should be reviewed with any material change.
04 · Website delivery
Hosting, identity, and external resources
Hosting, network, infrastructure, database, identity, and CRM providers may process information needed to deliver the website, protect the service, authenticate HOLY WAR players, store game progress, receive contact-form submissions, and manage follow-up. This can include the account and game information described above, inquiry fields you submit, and ordinary technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security-related logs, under the applicable provider terms and practices.
HOLY WAR uses Google OAuth for sign-in. Google processes the sign-in and consent interaction under Google’s own terms and privacy practices. The website also currently requests font resources from Google Fonts, which may provide Google with ordinary network information. Links to portfolio projects and other external websites lead to services that Lemeia does not control; their privacy practices apply after a visitor leaves this site.
05 · Choices and questions
Contact, game access, and correspondence
You can avoid sending an inquiry, clear this site’s local browser storage through your browser settings, choose whether to enter HOLY WAR or connect a Google account, sign out of the game, manage the connection through your Google Account settings, and choose whether to follow external links.
If you have a privacy question or want Lemeia to evaluate a request concerning your correspondence or game account, use the contact form. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion are evaluated based on the information involved and applicable legal, contractual, operational, security, and recordkeeping obligations. This statement does not promise that every request can be fulfilled in every circumstance.
06 · Scope and changes
Project-specific practices are separate
Client projects, product accounts, custom systems, integrations, and managed campaigns may involve different data, providers, roles, and retention needs. Those practices should be defined in the relevant product notice, project scope, data-processing terms, or other written agreement.
This notice may be updated when the public website changes. The date above identifies the version currently published.
