Information you choose to send
If you email Lemeia, book a conversation, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to include and the ordinary information associated with that communication, such as your email address and message. We use that information to respond, evaluate the request, communicate about potential or active work, and maintain ordinary business records.
The public website does not currently receive form submissions into a Lemeia website database. Its contact form prepares a message for the visitor to send through the visitor’s chosen email application.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, health information, government identification numbers, or confidential data that has not been approved for transmission.
02 · Browser features
Local preferences and interactive tools
The website currently uses local browser storage to remember whether the opening introduction has been shown and, if a visitor uses the Systems Lab, to preserve that device’s unfinished Systems Lab selections. The system builder, calculators, filters, and product demonstrations run in the browser. Lemeia does not currently use those tools to create a visitor profile or a public website account, and the Systems Lab draft is not submitted to Lemeia.
As of the date above, Lemeia has not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this public website. Website practices may change as the site evolves; this notice should be reviewed with any material change.
03 · Website delivery
Hosting and external resources
Hosting, network, and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security-related logs, under their own terms and practices.
The website currently requests font resources from Google Fonts. That request may provide Google with ordinary network information. Links to portfolio projects and other external websites lead to services that Lemeia does not control; their privacy practices apply after a visitor leaves this site.

Contact and correspondence
You can avoid sending an inquiry, clear this site’s local browser storage through your browser settings, and choose whether to follow external links. If you have a question about information included in correspondence with Lemeia, contact hello@lemeia.ai.
Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion are evaluated based on the information involved and applicable legal, contractual, operational, and recordkeeping obligations. This statement does not promise that every request can be fulfilled in every circumstance.
05 · Scope and changes
Project-specific practices are separate
Client projects, product accounts, custom systems, integrations, and managed campaigns may involve different data, providers, roles, and retention needs. Those practices should be defined in the relevant product notice, project scope, data-processing terms, or other written agreement.
This notice may be updated when the public website changes. The date above identifies the version currently published.
