Print-on-demand commerce

Pilot

A multi-client print-on-demand platform for branded stores and fulfillment.

Create and approve designs, build a Printify-backed product catalog, publish selected products to connected storefronts, accept paid orders through Stripe, submit fulfillment, and track sales and shipping from shared workspaces.

The opportunity

Every branded storefront should not need its own disconnected commerce backend.

Design files, product variants, storefront catalogs, prices, payment confirmation, fulfillment IDs, tracking, and client access become difficult to keep consistent when each store is assembled separately.

IntellaMerch acts as the shared print-on-demand backbone: client workspaces prepare designs and products, connected stores read approved catalogs, verified orders enter one system, and configured Stripe and Printify workflows carry them toward production and shipping.

What it includes

Built around the work that matters.

Focused capabilities that create a clearer experience and a stronger operating system.

01

Design studio and product library

Save ideas, upload or generate private artwork, approve designs, sync Printify blanks, build variants, set pricing, and organize collections by brand.

02

Connected storefront APIs

Give each approved store a scoped catalog feed and one-time connection key so it can display only published products and submit idempotent paid orders.

03

Payment, sales, and fulfillment

Create Stripe Checkout sessions, verify paid webhooks, record orders and items, submit configured products to Printify, and surface production, tracking, and simple sales views.

Built for

Brands and operators that want storefronts to share one controlled merch system.

The current pilot supports connected brand stores, multi-client programs, community merchandise, and print-on-demand catalogs with separated workspaces.

  • Connected brand and community stores
